This is a classic style of a Northumberland patchwork from the first half of the nineteenth century. \n\nCollections for a Cause - Preservation is the 19th in the series, this time benefitting the International Quilt Study Center & Museum in Lincoln, Nebraska. Created to be a dynamic learning center for teachers, scholars, artists and quilters, the Study Center houses a comprehensive and accessible collection of quilts, related textiles and documents for the purposes of study, insight and inspiration.
